In support of this acquisition, we performed a comprehensive tech due diligence to assess the compatibility and integration potential of FoxEducation’s technologies with Sdui’s existing offerings. Our due diligence process evaluated FoxEducation’s software solutions, focusing on scalability, security, and the ability to integrate into the Sdui product offering.

We assessed the architecture and frameworks of FoxEducation's systems to ensure they align with Sdui's technology. A significant part of our due diligence involved reviewing the leadership and team at FoxEducation, looking at architecture and infrastrucute and the quality assurance processes and security measures. The tech due diligence conducted by Philipps & Byrne provided Sdui with the confidence to proceed with the acquisition of FoxEducation.
