Initially, Schüttflix recognized the necessity of assessing their product and tech organization to ensure optimal positioning for upcoming Series B financing. A comprehensive health check revealed certain challenges.

In-depth interviews with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and senior leadership, such as the CPO and CTO, provided further insights into internal dynamics and identified areas in need of improvement.

Workshops and Supervision: Targeted workshops were organized to refine role descriptions, particularly for Engineering Managers, and to enhance overall team structure and engineering practices. These sessions specifically addressed areas identified during the initial health check. Additionally, Philipps & Byrne supervised key meetings.

Leadership Coaching: Dedicated coaching sessions were held with senior leadership and selected product owners and engineering managers. These sessions focused on management strategies and aiding the adaptation to new organizational structures.
